OBS day 2 part 2
and cos it was raining, we started heading back to shore.
but when we were halfway to the shore, it stopped. :D
so our instructors decided that it was okay to continue and we kayaked to camp 2!
after arriving safely and dragging all our things up, my watch went for the jetty jump.
jetty jumping is fun. (:
but it wasn't that memorable unlike what i expected it to be.
we washed up (note: not showered!) and had lunch after carrying all our stuff to a sheltered area.
and then the tunnel. (:
we went into this little area where trees were and where there were two holes (like two wells) that led down into a tunnel from one 'well' to the other 'well'. and then all 16 of us crawled in and spent 20 mins there- 'bonding time + overcoming the fear of the dark', to quote uncle alex.
what-we-said shall not be discussed but it was a fun 20 mins despite the pitch blackness (literally!) and cramped space.
