today was so fun! (:

thank God for the good weather (all in His time! 'good' is subjective you know) and for fellowship and fun!

yf outing at bukit timah hill!

hahaha i thought my group was very funny we took such a longgg time collecting/finding all the things and doing all the tasks!

at tim's station i think we were the slowest group ever we had to keep going and going on the swing thingy.

then at the rock path where we were supposed to find our group token WE TOOK A FREAKING HALF AN HOUR. climbing up and down the rocks. we called the group in front of us like a million times to ask them where they saw it but in the end cos we still couldn't find it we just decided to go. we were supposed to go back and take it but unexpectedly we didn't so either 1) it's still there or 2) the monkeys took it! hehe i think that'll be cool. (: imagine them playing with yo-yos! and joanne was fantasizing about her monkey kingdom haha.

the road to dairy farm is SUPER long! and tiring and it didn't help that my slipper gave me a very raw blister. ):

but my group had a lot of fun tramping through the trail haha. well at least i did!

and guess what halfway in the middle of the trail when we were walking back from dairy farm to the summit IT RAINED. at first it wasn't that bad cos we were pretty low down in the foresty area so we didn't really get wet, but when we went more to the top we got drenched! i think we were all dripping but thank God it was only when were super close to the summit that our map fell apart, haha. (: it sounds very funny when i think of it now, four wet people climbing rocky stairs as fast as they can!

and it didn't help that we were silly enough not to check the purple paper which was somewhere in norman's bag and we forgot to collect our group tokens on the way too, haha.

but thank God for the rain which made me very wet but very cold and i felt a lot better instead of being all sweaty and sticky. (: see this is a blessing i can thank Him for even though at that point in time it felt so icky!

and thank God also for a good time of fellowship i had a lot of fun! (: despite being sweaty/wet/gross but i don't know it's just a nice feeling going around with 3 of my batchmates and getting to walk/talk cos i think we hardly do that.

and aaron had my phone but he put it in norman's bag or something together with the sock separately and then norman thought the sock was an old rubbishy thing and so he threw it away. ): so now my phone feels very naked until i have the chance to get a new one!

but it's okay lah i was going to get one anyway. (:

i like socks don't ask me why i just do. (: especially the personalized ones i have 2 very special and pretty ones from my friends but they're so old and worn i'm scared they'll tear so i don't really use them any more.

after the outing jien, justin and james came to my house to swim we spent 2 hours at the pool! i hardly spend that long at my house pool but james said that it was nice. (: i guess i have to agree but i admit it's boring sometimes especially when you swim alone. but today we did a lot of weird random things so it was fun!

yew weng reminded me today that church camp is in 2 days.

that makes me super excited. (: (: (:
